Fun day!

The Fun Day will start at 11.00am. The gates will be locked after students begin school at 9:00am. The gates will not reopen until 11.00am, so please do not come to participate in the Fun Day before this time, as Stage 3 will be busy setting up the Fun Day stalls in the school grounds. The Fun Day will end at 2:00pm, at which time it would be wonderful if you could vacate the school grounds as quickly as possible, so that Stage 3 can start cleaning up. 

Please be aware that normal school hours apply for students. All students should attend school as per normal school hours (8:55am - 3:00pm). 

To clarify:

• 9:00am – 11:00am                 Normal school program

• 11:10am – 2:00pm                 School Fun Day

• 2:00pm – 3:00pm                  Normal school program 

However, if at some stage throughout the day you must take your child home, please take your child to the office to sign out as per normal. 

Also, while we love to have as many visitors as possible, please be aware that children of school age, who are enrolled at another school are not permitted to come along, as they should be in school on the day. Therefore brothers, sisters and cousins who should be at another school on Fun Day, should not attend our Fun Day. Obviously, children under the age of 5 are welcome, with an accompanying adult. 

Please also think about bringing small notes and change on the day. As you can imagine, with many items priced so cheaply, we can run out of change very quickly on the day – so stick to coins and $5 and $10 notes if possible. 

Tokens 

Only tokens will be accepted at the Stage 3 stalls. You may purchase a book of 10 tokens for $5.00. Most stalls will cost 1 or 2 tokens. Tokens will also be available to purchase on the day. Please return note to your teacher by Wednesday 18^th September 2019.

Showbags - Stage 3

Showbags will be available for purchase for the Stage 3 Fun Day. The showbags cost  $6 each. The students have a choice of four (4) fun filled bags. To avoid your child missing out on buying a superb bag, your order must be in by Tuesday 10^th September 2019. Your child can buy as many bags as they like!   

SHOWBAGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON FUN DAY.                                                                        

Please complete the order form below and return to your teacher with the money by 10^th September 2019. ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
